We are Summer Recordings Australia, an independent record label based out of Summer Studios, in locations across Coburg in Melbourne, Newtown in Sydney’s Inner West and Katoomba in the Blue Mountains. We constantly collaborate with artists from Australia and New Zealand, across a wide array of genres that tell true, authentic stories.

We are a studio space, record label, and arts collective. We write, record and produce records. We direct music videos, installations and interactive experiences. We throw parties. We release music into the world, and make it as immersive as possible. At Summer it's all about collaboration and experimentation. Because that's what we're in to. The label’s home, Summer Studios is tucked away just off King st Newtown. Our studio features two rooms. A pre-production writing room, and the main studio. It's equipped with all you could ever need for your music production. We have Pro Tools, Ableton Live, Logic, and Cubase all on offer. Classic synths from Moog and Korg. A glorious array of guitars and bases, drum machines, controllers, and a beautiful house drum kit. We provide a comfortable, homely creative space, filled with light and energy, and all the good vibes get captured straight onto your recording.
